To all our Glow clients, it is finally time for us to share some much anticipated news!!!! It is with great pride and excitement that we announce Glow has officially signed the closing documents to our very own beautiful new building!!! For the past 10 years, 323 French St. has been an amazing home for us. We are so grateful that it has enabled us to finally reach a place where this is now possible. We will forever have a special place in our hearts for the beautiful beginning 323 French St. has given us. We are sure it won't be without a few tears as we pack up and head towards our future at 1153 Wilbur Ave located in Somerset Ma. We are truly grateful for all of our clients that have made this all possible! We will begin construction immediately and plan on opening in the spring of 2017. Our French Street location will remain open during our renovations. We will keep you updated with all of the progress and exciting projects being created within! We are looking forward to our next ten years and beyond to create new memories with all of you at our new beautiful location!!!!!

CANCELATIONS

all apointments that are missed, canceled or rescheduled without a 24-hour
notice will be charged a fee of 15% of the service & added to your next visit.
 

PAYMENT

glow accepts payment in cash & check only.  We provide an ATM in house. There is a $12 returned check fee. 
 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

gift certificates may be purchased/redeemed at Glow for services or merchandise. gift certificates cannot be redeemed with coupons. gift certificates redeemed with our independent contracting hair stylists at Glow, their personal policies apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

unopened merchandise may be returned only within 30 days of the purchase.  all opened/used products may not be returned.
